Heytesbury Church - the heart of our village

Latest News

On 10 February an Open Meeting of the Raymond Trust was held in Heytesbury Church. (The Trust holds money in trust for the benefit of the community). The meeting was called by the Trustees to determine whether the community wished to use the fund to attempt to buy the unsold recreation ground of about 5 acres in Park Street. After a healthy debate a vote was taken and all 84 attendees voted unanimously in favour of the proposal. In addition, 13 proxy votes had been received, all in favour. The church made an excellent venue being large and in the heart of the village.
